Beth Beacham-White has been providing strategic political and nonprofit law guidance in the public and private sectors for over 20 years. Over the course of her extensive career, Beth has provided expert counsel to campaigns, Super PACs, corporations, trade associations and other nonprofit organizations. Her areas of expertise include campaign finance, lobbying registration and reporting, government ethics and pay-to-play rules on both the federal and state level. Beth also provides Internal Revenue Service (IRS) compliance counsel to non-profit organizations, including 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, 501(c)(4) social welfare entities and 501(c)(6) membership organizations.

 

Earlier in her career, Beth served as a senior advisor at the Federal Elections Commission and General Counsel for the National Republican Congressional Committee, as an attorney at leading law firms and a DC-based public affairs consulting firm. Her professional career began as deputy redistricting counsel at the Republican National Campaign during the 2002 campaign cycle.

 

Beth has also served on the senior staff at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as the Director of the Office of the Executive Secretariat, where she provided quality control on all correspondence issued by the Administrator and Deputy Administrator of the Agency. Beth worked across EPA program offices and regions to provide counsel on Freedom of Information Act (FIOA) productions on a broad cross-section of regulation and policies and served on senior leadership team responsible for developing and coordinating responses to congressional oversight inquiries.
